1. About these terms
These terms apply between Ads on Wheels S.A.R.L., a Lebanese limited-liability company based in Beirut ("Ads on Wheels", "we"), and any client or agency that uses this website or books our services ("you").
A signed order form, quote or framework agreement may add specific conditions. If it conflicts with these terms, the signed document prevails.
2. Our services and online tools
We provide mobile advertising campaigns on our electric fleet, vehicle wraps, rooftop LED screens, neon and 3D roof items, creative production, routes, measurement and related services, as described on our Services page.
Our 3D Studio, planner and other online tools give illustrations and estimates only. Prices marked "indicative", impressions, reach and route plans shown online are not binding offers until confirmed in a written quote.
3. Quotes and bookings
- A quote is valid for the period stated on it, or 30 days if no period is stated.
- A booking is confirmed when you accept the quote or sign the order form and we receive the deposit.
- Campaign dates are reserved in our calendar only after the deposit is received.
4. Prices, VAT and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude value-added tax. VAT at 11% is added to every invoice.
- New clients pay 50% of the campaign price at booking and the remaining 50% before deployment.
- Accredited agencies may receive a net agency rate and, after trading history and by written agreement, up to 30-day credit.
- If a payment is late, we may postpone production or deployment until it is received, without liability for the delay.
- Bank charges and transfer fees are paid by the client.
5. Artwork and your rights to it
- You supply your artwork, logos and content, or approve the artwork we prepare for you.
- You warrant that you own or are licensed to use every logo, trademark, image, text, font and other material you supply or approve, and that its use on our vehicles and screens does not infringe anyone's rights.
- You will indemnify Ads on Wheels against any claim, cost or damage arising from material you supplied or approved.
- Production starts only after your written approval of the final proof. Small colour differences between screens, print and vinyl are normal and are not a defect.
6. Content rules
All campaign content must comply with Lebanese law and applicable advertising rules, including rules on consumer protection, public order and morals, and road safety.
We may refuse, pause or remove content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, misleading, offensive, unsafe for drivers or harmful to our reputation. We will tell you why and give you the chance to provide compliant content. Screen brightness, animation and neon colours always follow the applicable rules.
7. Running the campaign
- We plan routes in advance and may adapt them during the day for traffic, safety, weather, road closures or instructions from authorities.
- Impressions and reach are estimates produced by our route model. They are not guaranteed results.
- We provide a proof report based on GPS logs showing kilometres, hours and areas covered.
- Wraps stay on the vehicles for the booked period and are removed by us afterwards.
8. Your vehicles
When we wrap or equip your own vehicles, you confirm that you own them or are authorised to modify them. Paint and surfaces must be in good condition: we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects, repainted surfaces or poor-quality paint when a wrap is removed. Roof items are installed only after technical testing and the required approvals.
9. Cancellation and rescheduling by the client
- You may ask to move your campaign dates. We will offer the next available dates; this may change the price if seasonal rates apply.
- If you cancel after booking, costs already committed (such as design, wrap printing and LED content) are deducted from the deposit, and any remaining amount is refunded.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before deployment, or after production has started, the deposit is not refundable.
10. Force majeure and security disruptions
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including security incidents, civil unrest, strikes, road closures, fuel or electricity shortages, severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics or decisions of public authorities.
In such cases we may pause, reroute or reschedule the campaign to protect drivers, vehicles and your brand. Lost campaign days are rescheduled to the next available dates at no extra cost. If rescheduling is not possible within 90 days, we refund or credit the unused days pro rata.
11. Liability
- Our total liability for any campaign is limited to the amount you paid for that campaign.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost sales or loss of opportunity.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Lebanese law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.
12. Intellectual property and confidentiality
You keep all rights in your brand and artwork. We keep all rights in our software, route models, reports format, vehicle designs and photographs we take. We use your brand or campaign results in our portfolio or case studies only with your written approval.
Each party keeps the other's confidential information, including prices, plans and campaign data, confidential.
13. Use of this website
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access staff or client areas without authorisation, or submit false information. Website content is provided for information and may change without notice.
14. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The version that applies to a booking is the one in force on the date the booking is confirmed. Questions: Ads on Wheels S.A.R.L., Beirut, Lebanon, contact@adsonwheelslb.com.
